The Offer is only available to current Boilertrust customers who have had their boiler installed with us, and who take up the Offer between the 10th of April 10, 2017 and the 10th of May 2019.

To benefit from the Offer, Customers must provide their name, email address and postcode using the online ‘Recommend a Friend to Boilertrust’ section or call Boilertrust on 0203 490 2656. On confirming they’re present Boilertrust customers, we will then require the Name, Email, Telephone number and address of the person being recommended.

The offer of £150 per fully qualified recommendation only applies to the household recommending, not per person. You cannot recommend the same person twice, nor the same household twice, and only one payment of £150 per fully qualified recommendation will be made to the household’s nominated bank account.

The offer is not capped, and you may recommend as many friends as you like. The offer of £150 is per fully qualified household you recommend.

The ‘Offer’ only applies to a recommendation for a new boiler installation, and or a full central heating system. It does not apply to any servicing work(s), repairs, maintenance, or any other services. Any recommendation received that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible.

The ‘Friend’ who has been recommended will also receive a £150 credit towards their installation, and this will be applied at the contract signing stage. The £150 credit for the ‘Friend’s’ installation will not be applied unless they agree to pay the 50% deposit on signing of contract and customer declaration. If this is not agreed to then neither party will receive the £150 ‘Offer’.

To benefit from the Offer, the person who receives Boilertrust’s installation services as a recommendation from a Customer (the Recommendee) must: (a) live at a separate UK mainland address to the Customer; (b) be a UK resident aged 18 and over; (c) be a homeowner of the property and reside in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or surrey; and (d) be looking to have a new boiler installed & or central heating system.

Please note that Boilertrust cannot supply installation services to households outside of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire or Surrey due to our coverage area, and any ‘Recommend a friend’ referrals outside of this area will not be eligible.

The offer is only valid for domestic households, not commercial property.

The Customer who recommends the ‘Friend’ will receive the £150 credit into their nominated bank account up to 60 calendar days after full payment has been received from the ‘Friend’s’ installation. If full payment is not received from the ‘Friend’s’ installation when requested, the £150 credit will not be applied and void.

In the unlikely event of the credit not being available, Boilertrust reserves the right to provide the either party with a similar reward of equal or greater value.

Boilertrust does not accept any liability or responsibility for any costs charged or liabilities incurred as a result either party deciding to use the ‘Recommend at Friend to Boilertrust’ offer.

Central Heating & Boilers Ltd T/A Boilertrust deems a ‘fully qualified recommendation’ as a customer (The ‘Friend’) that

  • Receives a new boiler installation and or central heating system.
  • Signs all customer declarations and contracts required by Boilertrust
  • Pays the upfront 50% deposit
  • Pays the final bill on verbal request once the installation is complete, and payment is received in Central Heating & Boilers Ltd T/A Boilertrust’s bank account.

Please note if final payment is not received from the ‘Friend’ when verbally requested by Central Heating & Boilers Ltd T/A Boilertrust, the £150 credit applied to the ‘Friend’s’ contract price will be amended, and we will add the additional £150 onto the total price payable for our services. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken by Central Heating & Boilers Ltd T/A Boilertrust against the ‘Friend” that signed the contract.

Central Heating & Boilers ltd T/A Boilertrust has the right to amend or vary this offer at any time without providing notice. The decision of Central Heating & Boilers Ltd T/A Boilertrust in respect of the offer shall be considered final.

 The internet

If you talk to us over the internet, we may occasionally email you about our services and products – unless you said you’d prefer us not to when you first gave us personal information through our website. If you don’t want us to send you these emails anymore, send us an email to let us know.

Remember that communications over the internet like emails and webmails (messages sent through a website) aren’t secure unless you’ve encrypted them. These kinds of messages may go through a number of countries before they are delivered. That’s just the nature of the internet, so we can’t accept responsibility for any unauthorised access or loss of personal information.

 Cookies

We may use ‘cookies’ to monitor how people use our site. This helps us to understand how our customers and potential customers use our website so we can improve things like layout, function and design.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a piece of information stored on your computer’s hard drive that records how you’ve used a website. The next time you visit that website, it can tailor your options based on the information it has stored about your last visit.
